Book Review - The Princes Poison Cup

Disclaimer: I received a complementary copy of The Prince's Poison Cup in exchange for a review.

As a Christian parent, I sometimes find it difficult to explain the big truths of Scripture my children.  Fortunately for me and other parents like me, there are books like this one.  The Prince's Poison Cup is another book in Reformation Trust's children's series.  This story is a retelling of redemption history, focusing on Christ drinking the cup of God's wrath to the dregs, a feat no other could do.  This story is placed in a medieval/fantasy setting where, God is the "King of Life" and Jesus is His Son "The Prince."  The people of the land were disobedient to the king and were separated from him because of their stony hearts, but the King provides away for them to be reconciled to Him through the sacrifice mentioned above.  As with the other books in this series, this is a great resource, but, more importantly, its just a good story.
